1. Introduction

Worksynk is a product of Fulgid Software Solutions Pvt Ltd(“we,” “us”). • Workspace content — work items, sprints, notes, files, and comments you or your team create.
  • Usage data — login history, feature usage, and AI agent activity logs, collected for security and product improvement.
  • Integration data — metadata from connected services (such as GitHub, Figma, or calendar providers) that you authorize.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including Delivery Confidence scoring and risk detection.
  • Authenticate users and protect accounts, including credential access logging.

  • Communicate with you about updates, security notices, and support requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with subprocessors who help us operate the Service (such as hosting and email delivery providers), integration partners you explicitly connect, and when required by law. All subprocessors are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

5. Data security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and audit logging for AI and workflow actions. Passkey authentication is available for all workspaces. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use strong authentication and report any suspected vulnerability to our security team.
