Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to everyone who uses Worksynk, including people you invite into a workspace and any AI host you connect to it.
Last updated August 12, 2026
1. Who this covers
Worksynk is a product of Fulgid Software Solutions Pvt Ltd; references to “we” below mean that company. This policy covers the workspace owner, every member and external member they invite, anyone holding a client portal seat or status link, and any connected AI host or integration acting on a user’s behalf. A workspace owner is responsible for use of their workspace, including by people and systems they authorise.
2. Prohibited use
You may not use Worksynk to:
- Break the law, or infringe someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
- Upload malware, or content designed to exploit a browser, a recipient’s system, or our own.
- Store data you are not permitted to hold — including special category personal data, payment card numbers, or health records — unless we have agreed that in writing.
- Probe, scan, or load-test the platform without written permission, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, module gating, or another tenant’s boundaries.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the platform to a third party as your own service, unless your agreement says otherwise.
- Send unsolicited bulk mail through workspace email, or use a client portal or status link to distribute content unrelated to the work.
3. Using the AI features
AI features run under the permissions of the person who invoked them. You may not use them to circumvent access control, and you must not treat their output as verified fact without checking it.
- Do not grant write access you do not need. Over a connected AI host, a write tool executes when it is called, with no confirmation prompt. Grant read-only unless an assistant genuinely needs to change work.
- Do not share connection credentials. A connection acts as the person who authorised it; sharing it misattributes everything that connection does.
- Do not use the platform to generate unlawful or deceptive content, including material presented to a client as human-authored when a decision depends on that distinction.
4. Integrations and webhooks
When you connect a code host, chat workspace, meeting provider, or your own endpoint, you confirm you are entitled to connect it and to move data between it and Worksynk.
- Outbound webhooks must point at systems you control. Do not use them to relay traffic to third parties who have not agreed to receive it.
- Do not use an import connection to copy data out of a tool you are not licensed to export from.
- Verify webhook signatures on your side. Treating unsigned or unverified traffic as authentic is your risk, not ours.
5. Fair use of shared capacity
Plans that include AI credits, storage, or API access are sized for normal delivery work. Automated activity that materially degrades the service for other customers — runaway agent loops, scripted polling at high frequency, bulk export designed to mirror the platform — may be throttled. We will contact you before restricting a workspace unless the activity is causing active harm.
6. Reporting a violation
Report abuse to abuse@worksynk.app, and suspected security vulnerabilities to security@worksynk.app. Include enough detail to reproduce what you saw.
7. What happens if this is breached
Depending on severity we may contact the workspace owner, restrict a feature, suspend an account, or terminate it. Where we can, we will warn first and give you a chance to fix it. Where the activity is unlawful or actively harming others, we may act immediately.
Suspension does not delete your data. See the Privacy Policy for retention, and the Terms of Service for termination and export.
