Subprocessors
Third parties that process customer data on our behalf, listed by what they do. Each is bound by terms no less protective than our Data Processing Agreement.

1. Categories in use
Worksynk is a product of Fulgid Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, which is the party engaging the subprocessors below. We publish these by category. If you need the current named vendor list — for a vendor review or a procurement questionnaire — ask us and we will provide it.
Cloud hosting and application runtime
All workspace content, at rest and in transit.
The primary environment the platform runs in.
Managed database and backups
All workspace content.
Encrypted at rest; backups retained on a rolling window.
Object storage
Files and attachments uploaded to work items and notes.
Served with forced attachment disposition except for genuine images.
Transactional email delivery
Recipient address, subject, and message body.
Workspaces on the right plan can route this through their own SMTP server instead.
Error monitoring and application performance
Diagnostic metadata, stack traces, and request context.
Configured to avoid capturing message bodies and credentials.
Payment processing
Billing contact and payment method details.
Card details are handled by the processor; we do not store card numbers.
AI model providers
Only the content included in a prompt you or your team trigger.
Vault credentials are never included, whatever access a connection has.
2. A note on AI providers
AI features send only what a prompt needs, and only when someone triggers one. A connected AI host acts as the person who authorised it and cannot reach anything that person cannot.
Credential Vault contents are excluded entirely. Whatever scope a connection or integration has been granted, stored secrets are unreachable, and that restriction cannot be configured away.
If your workspace does not want AI processing at all, the relevant modules can be left switched off — a disabled module blocks its endpoints, not just its interface.
3. Changes to this list
We will give notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes customer content, so you have a reasonable opportunity to object. To be notified, tell us at privacy@worksynk.app and we will add your address to the list.
